After picking up a catalogue for Urban Outfitters yesterday, I realized everyone is hopping on the men’s shoe train. As is the case with men’s fashion for women, it takes a very bold fashionista to follow through with such a trend. The best thing to do is to incorporate a masculine piece in with a feminine ensemble. So if you are trying a tailored vest, I would wear it with a puffed sleeved blouse and maybe some short shorts. Loafers, how 90’s, can be worn with jeans, skirts, dresses, etc. They are kind of universal. But you may girly them up with a pair of knitted white socks worn with a dress or a skirt. Can I have some loafers now? I’m pretty sure my boyfriend is in a disapproving thought process right now.....
