As a Virgo, there is a nasty habit that allot of us go through: analyzing.
So, when it comes to thinking about an ever evolving style for someone who has a phobia against things that stay the same, coming up with new and interesting ways of wearing your not so evolving wardrobe can be tough. I am speaking in terms of someone who does not shop 24/7 (not like I used to ;) and is always strapped for time when getting ready. I spend hours looking through magazines and writing notes about up and coming trends and things that intrigue me fashion wise (hence the Blog) but it never seems to transfer over to my own personal style. My usual formula for ideas on what to wear was, take some notes on what I wanted in my closet for the season, and eventually, I would have everything from my list! And they would make one hell of a wardrobe. Nowadays, I may have lost said formula. Plus my phobia has probably kicked in so if I tried to go back, I wouldn't be able to if I tried. This is utterly confusing.

I miss the days when I could just approach my wardrobe and create an amazing outfit! Going back to my rant about being in the wrong city and not being around the most fashion forward crowds, that again is screwing with my wardrobe. It's almost like a girl adapts to her surroundings, staying fashionable; and yet somehow I feel like I am failing. What's a word for existentialism for fashion?
A statement was made to dress how you want to dress. Ignore the trends. Dress how you want to dress. But being fashionable takes practice. In order to be good at it, one must practice. I wore some pretty atrocious outfits in High School before I got it right..... (yes i used atrocious two posts in a row)
