Btw Starbucks is better before 9. I got here at about 7:58am and there was ample seating for me to blog. Right as I sat down I noticed an adorable little thing coming into the 'Bucks. Complete with a little bob of a haircut and pink headband, she was wearing a child size Princeton Sweatshirt! I find it most interesting when Parents suit their kids up in their Alma Mater. This is their attempt to instill upon the child some early persuasion for colleges to attend. My parents never did this to me. Since they weren't paying for college it was really up to me what I wanted to wear. Granted after college, I donated all of my school pride-college garb-to the Goodwill.
Maybe the little one was just wearing a Princeton Sweatshirt because one day she does plan to attend. Good for her either way. I see nothing wrong with this. I hope my kids attend Harvard or the Savannah School of Art and Design, or NYU. Rock on little Scholar!!!
