Oddly enough, this particular wash always reminded me of the 80s as well as something worn by your mother. Black is slimming and for some reason our hot moms are trying to look slim? Anyway. Wipe that image.
They do have a major representation for the 80s. As you all know, I am a big fan of that wonderfully decadent time in fashion. *See Picture below :D
Point is, when I was young, i took that style to the MAX! Now, I borrow from the 80s and mix it with whatever the hell I want! Lady Gaga may be able to rock her favorite era in a packed ensemble, but I and anyone else who tries, won't get the best reaction. With the black jeans, they must be fitted and not faded. Mid-waist but no mom-waist. Preferably to be paired with a tight white t-shirt or black....and perhaps a black leather 3/4 sleeve jacket! The 80s are forever.
