I had a chance to finally hit that elite La Mesa Thrift Store today!!!!! They have crazy hours of 10-3 and you can tell why. The place is tiny and run by little old ladies, plus, no music, so it was dead silent in there. They featured a half off rack and $1 rack outside: my favorite. I procured a cornflour blue and white striped sailor inspired sweater dress. Got it for $2. I spent a total of 10 minutes in there, with nothing much worth looking at. The shoes were all to small, and the clothing seems like leftovers from a Salvation Army, all the rejects if you will.
The only good thing that came out of it: They offer trench coats!!!!! By Foggy London Town, very nice ones, $12, and you'd better believe I am going back for one. They only take cash, and I had about $7 in my wallet :(
