After my three weeks of not writing a damn thing (another writer's block occurred, also had family in town + the holidays), with no legitimate excuses in sight, I must apologize to my many readers. I am back from vacation (HA!) with more on my mind then ever about Fashion and many other factors of this wonderful industry. I am completely alone. I couldn’t ask for more. The mood is perfect for writing, so I must begin.
First off, this post goes out to two of my best friends. One is my boyfriend. Whenever I am slacking on the blog front, he so graciously reminds me of a fabulous blog he likes to read, but the writer has not posted in a while; wishing she would ;) He is most intuitive with women’s fashion; from pointing out very chic pieces to knowing what looks good on the female body. For Christmas, he bought me the most bitching coat of my life!!!!! A Kenneth Cole cranberry Peacoat, with a giant collar, and good pockets (yes I have a major appreciation for good pockets). The other is my friend Josh. Being my equal in terms of admiration for menswear, he went ahead and got me the book American Fashion Menswear: a giant reference to the history of the fast-evolving American menswear. This will serve as a guide toward learning more about my opposite gender in terms of fashion. Hello sexy gents in good clothes!
