Along with my addictions to stripes and hearts, oh, and polka dots, STARS are where it's at!!!! Back before I got my ears pierced (finally pierced at 20) I bought these black hoop style earrings in the shape of stars. I had this crazy notion that I could just have them held on my unpierced ears! hehe. That was about the time I wished I had holes in my ears ;)
There is something wonderful about the shape of a star! I especially love them because they stick out very subtly. Depends on how you where them. To me they look like polka dots, probably why I love them so. But I love them in subtle style, like in earring form on on a tank top with a blue sweater worn over it. Nothing to overpower the outfit. It's like to much leopard print or too many studs. In that sense, I am a pattern-phobe! Whatever. Here are a couple looks from two of my favorite fashionistas! Only Kate Moss could pull off a starry jumpsuit :)
